Just Start

It’s been a few since my last post. I can’t believe how time flies, but it’s been a year since my first post. Wow! Woohoo!

What I have to say is that no matter where you are in life if you want to make a change all you have to do is make the decision to just start. Whether you are looking to improve your health, your body, your eating habits, an organization project, starting a course that will lead to increasing your income or simply doing something that will make you happy like painting or something that will help you to relax. It is up to you to make that decision.

So go ahead, just start and you’ll be happy you did. Remember that when you take small steps, they start adding up quickly and when you see progress it makes you feel great.

I’m speaking from my personal experience. I decided late last year to start the Keto Diet. I had my ups and downs, there were days I did great and other days I didn’t do quite so well. I had great weeks and some weeks were challenging and totally messed up. Then I went through a phase where I would start and then stop. And finally one day I decided to start and stick to it. I knew that in order to do well I needed to plan my meals. I then started to look into what foods I liked and what was easy to prepare.

I stuck to my plan and I did some reading, researched some YouTube videos and kept doing my meal prepping. All I was focused on was eating the right foods and just getting comfortable with the plan. And guess what? I started to see progress and I started losing the extra pounds that I wanted to get rid of. I did it all during the pandemic.

With that said, remember “just start” and you’ll be glad you did.
